1. If I have a Real Estate agent does he/she have to visit the community with me?
Although you do not need a RE agent to purchase a new home, if you are working with one, Yes, the agent is required to accompany you and register you on your first visit.

2. Are new homes safer and more energy efficient that older homes?
Yes, Building and Fire codes are constantly being updated to ensure that homes are being built safer, and with higher energy efficiency.

3. What are property taxes and association fees?
They vary and your sales associate will be able to provide you with this information.

4. What is an active adult community?
It is an age restricted community that normally requires one resident to be age 55 or over and restricts anyone under age 19 from being a full time resident. Contact your sales associate for additional information.

5. Who are my contact people after I have purchased an Ansca home?
Your sales person and the Sales Manager as well as your Design Center Coordinator and Manager.

6. At the closing of my new home, what kind of check will I need?
You will need a certified check drawn on a Florida financial institution.

6. When will I be notified of my closing date?
An Ansca representative will be in touch with you during the building process and keep you informed of key dates. Your exact closing date will be sent to you by certified mail, however, unofficially you will have a very good estimate from your updates.
