NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION SALES ASSOCIATE
Ansca Homes is looking for a New Home Sales Associate to join its team. Real Estate sales experience for a builder is desired but not necessary. Saturday and Sunday work is required. Bring your personality and ideas, for we want to hear them.

We need:
• Creative, enthusiastic, driven individuals that think outside the box

• Weekend availability is a must

Key Functions:
• Work in a sales team environment to achieve company sales and revenue goals
• Sell to potential buyers on site as well as solicit buyers through proven sales techniques
• Follow-up by telephone, E-mail and written communication
• Will be cross-trained for different product lines
• Shopping and knowledge of local markets and competition
• Soliciting and visiting local Real Estate offices and establishing relationships
• Will report directly to the owners
